Ingredients:
- Fresh Mutton – 750 grams.
- Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 table spoon.
- Vinegar – 2 teaspoon.
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon.
- Red chilly Powder – 1 table spoon.
- Coriander powder – 2 table spoon.
- Fresh crushed Pepper powder – ¾ Table spoon.
- Salt – to taste
- Water – ½ cup.
- Onion – 1 ½ cups ( chopped)
- Green chilly (sliced) – 2 nos.
- Garam Masala – ¾ Table spoon
- Tomato – 1 nos.( chopped- big)
- Oil – 2-3 table spoon.
- Mustard seeds- 2 teaspoon.
- Curry leaves – As required.
- Coriander leaves – As required
Method:
Marinate the mutton with Ginger & garlic paste, Vinegar, Turmeric powder, Red Chilly powder,Coriander powder , Pepper powder, salt to taste and keep aside for about 30 minutes. Then pressure cook with ½ cup of water for about 6- 7 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, green chilly and Onion then saute until it becomes transparent. Then add chopped tomato and saute until it cooked. Then add cooked mutton, and garam masala powder, mix all ingredients well and add the salt to taste and cook the mutton for few minutes until the gravy start to thicken and switch off the stove. Finally put some fine chopped curry leaves and Coriander leaves over it.
